Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage incidents reported by users through the service desk ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical issues related to Active Directory, GSD services, server support, IT infrastructure, and more.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching operating systems, updating software applications, and performing backups.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration principles and practices.
- Proficiency in managing incidents using Service Desk Management tools like ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at various levels.
