Job Advertisement for Praajak India:-
- Required candidates as Consultant Community Workers for jobs based in Bhatar, Purba Bardhaman. Candidates from Purba Bardhaman, Bhatar and surrounding areas will be preferred.
- No lodging support will be provided to selected candidates from outside these areas.
Job Description:
- This is a field-based job where over 85% time needs to be spent on the field. The candidate should have and be able to drive two-wheelers.
- Building a relationship with children and their parents in the project area, forming and interacting with children's groups while conducting sessions.
- Interacting with local government officials and departments including ICDS and schools
- Submitting data and reports of work in the required format on a weekly basis.
- Attend any training that is required to carry out the job effectively.
Qualifications required:
- Graduate with good academic background. A degree in social work or related disciplines will be preferred
- Good communication and group facilitation skills
- Working knowledge of Bangla, Hindi and English is necessary.
- Basic computer knowledge in Word and Excel.
Salary:13,000/- including Travel allowance
Work hours: Minimum of 48 hours a week
