- Training Unit: Short-term courses for students, professionals, and industry needs.

Role Overview
The Director will oversee the artisan school’s programs and lead new initiatives in training, research, and publications. The role requires dynamic leadership, innovation, and a passion for education and traditional crafts.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management:
- Manage artisan school activities and implement new training and R&D initiatives.
- Faculty Collaboration:
- Work with trainers, facilitators, and visiting faculty for workshops and training.
- Knowledge Development:
- Guide research fellows in creating high-quality academic content.
- Resource Management:
- Ensure operational efficiency and manage resources effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build relationships with funders, CSR teams, and educational partners.
- Outreach and Compliance:
- Promote the organization and ensure adherence to safety and legal regulations.
- Financial Planning:
- Assist with budgeting and ensure cost efficiency.
- Team Building:
- Lead staff recruitment and development to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in education, HR, or related fields. Background in creative and sustainable development is a plus.
- Experience: 7-10 years in educational/training institutes or project management.
- Skills: Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills with an understanding of traditional crafts and sustainable practices.
