Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns using platforms like Facebook, PPC, LinkedIn, and other social media sources.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
Manage and lead a team of SEO and SMO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
Collaborate with web designers to create landing pages for marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in digital marketing and SEO practices.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and lead generation metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for various digital platforms.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in running lead generation campaigns using Facebook, PPC, LinkedIn, and other social media sources.
Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Proven experience in managing a team of SEO and SMO specialists.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Own laptop is mandatory.
Compensation:
Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills. Salary is not a constraint for the right fit.
Working Schedule:
6 days working with Sunday off.
Tuesday: Fixed work from home. Further work-from-home arrangements can be planned.
Office hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Job Location:
Gurgaon, Sector 74, and Sector 48-49.
