Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Learn products inside and out to answer questions confidently.

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

Process requests, forms, and applications.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes to improve overall performance.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

0–1 year of customer service experience (freshers welcome).

Excellent spoken and written English.

Open to weekend coverage and various shifts (morning, mid, night).

Knowledge of Zendesk or other CRM/ticket management tools is an advantage.

Experience serving US or AU clients preferred.
