Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting research and development activities in advanced semiconductor and system-level modeling projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and extending system-level models using MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape, Stateflow, and SystemC/TLM-2.0.

• Support hardware-software co-simulation projects.

• Conduct experiments and analyze key PPA metrics such as:

  • Latency

  • Throughput

  • Power Consumption

  • Memory Utilization

  • Energy Efficiency

• Develop and calibrate entry-level power models using RTL activity and measured data.

• Contribute to device and IP modeling activities.

• Support software workload integration within virtual platform environments.

• Build and integrate physical and plant models for end-to-end system validation.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and efficiency.
