Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate brand social media initiatives.

Analyze digital/social media data and communicate actionable insights.

Build queries for social listening to track brand and competitor conversations.

Set metrics, prepare weekly/monthly/campaign reports, and ensure implementation of insights.

Study audience habits, preferences, and suggest strategies to expand reach.
Skills & Requirements

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret social/digital media data.

Knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Experience with tools like Brandwatch, Sysomos, Rival IQ, Unmetric, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Ads, etc.

Familiarity with paid campaign targeting, optimization, and measurement.

Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.

1–3 years of relevant experience; team leadership experience is a plus.

Interest in AI tools and technologies is an added advantage.
