About the Role
Rangeen Khidki Foundation is hiring a male facilitator (cis man under 30 years) for a 4-month consultancy (pilot project) based in Kolkata.

Commitment: 2–3 days per week (Full Day)

Remuneration: ?30,000 (total for 4 months)
Responsibilities
-
Facilitate sessions with adolescent boys and key stakeholders (teachers, parents, etc.)

Lead discussions on gender and masculinity

Support documentation work in English and Bengali
Eligibility Criteria

Cis man under the age of 30
-
Prior experience facilitating on gender-related themes, particularly masculinity
-
Strong communication and documentation skills in both Bengali and English

Comfortable working with diverse communities
