An executive assistant helps the executive for whom they work with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Desired Candidate Profile
Min 10yrs years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
Good command over English Language.
CTC- Upto 7lacs ( based on competency & experience).
