Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrate condom use and condom COUNSELLING on its usage.
- Motivating the Client for regular general medical checkups, referral of clients to ICTC, STI, ART etc.
- The orientation of ORW on counseling technique and coordinate the outreach base bringing BCC and Psychosocial support activity.
- Develop the BCC Materials.
- Coordination between Project Unit- Project Authority Head office.
- Project level planning/performance review by fortnightly staff meeting (developing action plan, team delegation, work allocation, grass root level problem solving);
- Liaison with various Government/ Non Government Sector ,
- Prepare monthly, Quarterly, annual project progress reports.
- Undertake any other activities as may be necessary to ensure the timely completion of the planned activities.
- Psycho social support.
- Reporting feed back to the doctor regarding individual cases.
- Organized Health Camp.
- Support To PM & Field Staff.
