Coal India Management Trainee Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering: Degree in relevant Engineering branch with minimum 60% marks
- System: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Computer Science / IT OR MCA
- Electronics & Communication: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in relevant branch with 60% marks
- Geology: M.Sc / M.Tech in Geology or Applied Geology / Geophysics with minimum 60% marks
- Rajbhasha (Hindi): MA in Hindi with minimum 60% marks
- Company Secretary: Graduate with Associate/Fellow Membership of ICSI

Coal India MT Salary 2026
Selected candidates will receive salary in the pay scale of:
- ?60,000 – ?1,80,000/- (E-1 Grade)
After successful completion of training and probation, candidates will be confirmed as Officers.
Training Period
Selected candidates will undergo 1 year training-cum-probation before final confirmation.
