About the Role

Khushii (Kinship for Humanitarian Social and Holistic Intervention in India) is inviting applications for Part-Time Workshop Facilitators under its Pads for Freedom project, part of the Mental Health Department.

This role is ideal for passionate individuals who want to promote menstrual health, hygiene, and mental well-being, while creating safe, inclusive spaces for communities in Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate community-based workshops on menstrual health, hygiene, and mental well-being.
Create safe spaces for dialogue, especially for adolescent girls and women.
Engage community members to raise awareness and promote healthy practices.
Document sessions, feedback, and outcomes to improve future interventions.
Travel within assigned project areas (Bisrakh, Dadri, Jewar) for sessions.

Eligibility

Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Gender Studies, Social Work, Public Health, or Sociology.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in community engagement/facilitation.
Strong understanding of menstrual health, gender issues, and women’s bodily autonomy.
Willingness to travel within Greater Noida.
