Brief of the Organization

Love Life Society is dedicated to targeted intervention projects aimed at improving the health and well-being of the TG (Transgender) community, with a focus on HIV/AIDS in the East District of Delhi.

Position: Outreach Worker (1)

Qualification & Experience

Required:

• At least 10th standard or above qualification.
• Experience as a community worker/peer educator and/or understanding of issues concerning the TG community.
• Preference for candidates belonging to the TG community, especially concerning HIV/AIDS.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project outreach and supervise Peer Educators, provide counseling, and establish linkages.
• Conduct meetings, register TGs, and deliver program services in assigned areas with the help of Peer Educators.
• Prepare micro plans, monthly action plans, and other project-related documentation.
• Perform additional activities as assigned by the project manager and management.

Salary

• Rs. 10,500 per month + Rs. 1500 for transportation allowance (as per prescribed guidelines).
