Job Summary

Mission Samriddhi is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team in Chennai. The role involves building an offline-first mobile data entry app that can sync with an online server and provide real-time dashboards and analytics. The selected candidate will work closely with the Director – Information Initiatives to develop, implement, and maintain these systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop offline-capable mobile and web applications
Sync data between SQLite (local) and cloud-based databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Build intuitive dashboards and reporting interfaces
Collaborate with the internal team to understand functional and non-functional requirements
Ensure high-quality code and robust testing
Support application deployment and maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications

Frontend: Angular (Mobile/Desktop UI)
Backend: Java
Databases: SQLite (offline), PostgreSQL/MySQL (cloud sync)
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and SQL
Solid understanding of REST APIs
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
2–3+ years of relevant work experience
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
