- Can I work from home, work remotely or work part-time?
- Yes, you sure can! For some roles, we prefer that you work out of our office because it makes for easier and faster communication, but for most roles, we're open to you working from home, remotely or part-time. We thought work-from-home would work well, but we learnt eventually that it wasn’t working well for us. Thus we’re back to working from office. It does not mean that once in a while, if you need to attend something important from home, you can not ask to work from home.
- Do I need to have knowledge about the Andamans?
- If you're applying for the position of Content Writer, it's an absolute must that you're based on the islands and have in-depth knowledge about the islands. However, if you're applying for any of our other positions, in-depth knowledge is an added bonus but not a deal-breaker.
- Do I need prior work experience?
- For our Content Writing position, we're looking for excellent writers with a passion for travel on the islands. Prior work experience is not a must, although preferred. For our other positions, we look for some work experience (a minimum of 2 years).
- Role requires reservations & orders handling for guests booking with us.
- Requires good communication skills - ability to make conversations over phone, write emails. Both in English & Hindi.
- Need to know how to use Excel/ Word, Google Docs/ Sheets, etc.
- Salary starting INR 18,000 /month
