- Understand customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about loan options, terms, and requirements.
2.Sales and Promotion:
- Actively promote various loan products offered by Jyot Enterprise.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of our financial solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
3.Application Processing:
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and necessary documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications to the relevant departments.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and loan approvals.
4.Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update customer records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for potential future business.
5.Compliance and Reporting:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Compile and submit reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent/ Graduate - In Any Field - B.Com. ,B.E. ,B.Arts/ MBA business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service attitude with a proactive and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and individually in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications Like Microsoft Office & E-mails.
