Educational Qualification:
IT Manager: Master in Computer Applications or equivalent or BE / BTech in computer science/IT or B Tech in Electronics or MSc in IT or equivalent from a recognized university.
IT Assistant: BCA or equivalent OR BSc Computer science networking or equivalent from a recognized university OR PGDCA / Diploma in CS or IT or Degree in Electronics or a 3-year diploma in computer engineering.
Experience:
IT Manager: 6 - 8 years of experience in incident Management, Service request management, Problem tickets management, Change Request Management, IT Service Desk management, General IT matters management.
IT Assistant: 2 – 4 years of experience in managing breakdown calls and ensuring closure of tickets within the assigned service parameters of response time by proper allocation of time to achieve customer satisfaction, General IT matters management.
