Key responsibilities:
- Ensure program monitoring and measure the outputs and outcomes.
- Visit the field to support and supervise the programs, review activities and facilitate action based on field observations, provide handholding support to project staff
- Break projects activities into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Liaison & Coordination with state / district level line dept. / academic institutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Competencies
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Understanding of the concept of sustainable agriculture practices, agro-ecology and climate resilient crops
- Sound understanding of the community processes, power dynamics and functioning of CBOs
- Understanding about the convergence activities with government department
- Community organizing skills
- Project Management, Planning & facilitation skills
- Good communication skills (oral & written) in English, Hindi & Punjabi
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex priorities
- A self motivated person with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with different communities in general in the villages
Job location : District Ambala (Haryana)/District Ludhiana (Punjab). PL NOTE THAT PLACE OF POSTING WILL NOT BE IN LUDHIANA CITY BUT CLOSE TO IMPACT VILLAGES IN THE DISTRICT.
Salary offered: Annual CTC of Rs 5 to 6 lacs
