Job description:-
- Researching and scouting potential suppliers for the various product categories
- Compare and evaluate products and offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Order management (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into CRM
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery along with Production follow up
- Visit various manufacturers to review production updates
- Update to management regarding the order status on periodic manner
- Review and approve quality as per order
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
- Handling documentations and shipment facilitation
- End to end co-ordination with support team for smooth execution
- Build constructive supplier relationships
- Remain up to date with industry s best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are must
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- English writing and speaking is must
