Job description:-
- Partner with our stakeholders in the Middle East region across business units to understand the technical and functional requirements of the open job roles.
- Source candidates from various sources including job portals, networking, walk-ins and recruitment agencies as well headhunting for certain roles.
- Support sourcing and recruitment for both White collar and Blue-collar staff.
- Screen, shortlist and present candidates to the business as per the job specifications
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from including manpower requisition, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer management.
- Work closely with our hiring managers in the Middle East region to fulfill their hiring demands on agreed SLAs
- Publish weekly and monthly recruitment dashboard and analytics for leadership reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of relevant experience in hiring people for the Middle East / GCC region within the construction/EPC for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
- Prior exposure to international recruitment and interaction with Middle East business or clients.
- Exposure to working on recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), MS-Excel and Dashboards.
- Willingness to work from office (WFO) for 5 days (Sunday to Thursday).
