Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits and home visits to families involved in child labor rehabilitation programs.
- Regular phone follow-ups with families.
- Ensure each family is linked to at least one Bihar Government scheme for child and family rehabilitation.
- Advocacy at the district level, engaging with the Labour Department, Child Welfare Committee (CWC), and District Child Protection Unit (DCPU).
- Prepare and update daily reports and follow-up forms.
- Promote community mobilization strategies and provide families with relevant government support.
- Maintain knowledge of Bihar Government schemes and child labor rehabilitation initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation and at least 1 year of work experience in child protection or child labor rehabilitation programs.
- Must possess a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of smartphone usage.
- Familiarity with local languages is essential.
- Understanding of community mobilization strategies and child labor-related schemes.
