The selected candidate will provide Tier-1 IT Helpdesk Support, manage user accounts, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work closely with engineering and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Highlights

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)
• Weekend On-Call Rotation Required

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 4 years of Enterprise-Level IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop and Laptop Support.
• Experience with IT Helpdesk operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-1 technical support to end users.

• Support Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Entra, and Intune.
