SSC MTS & Havaldar Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 1075 Vacancies at ssc.gov.in

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (MTS) and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Recruitment Examination 2025. The notification was published on June 26, 2025, and the online application process is now open. Interested candidates can apply through the official SSC website — ssc.gov.in — before the last date, July 24, 2025 (11:00 PM).

Total Vacancies

• Total Vacancies: 1,075

  • Havaldar in CBIC and CBN: 1075

  • MTS Vacancies: To be notified later

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent from a recognized board.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)

• MTS: 18 to 25 years

• Havaldar (CBIC & CBN): 18 to 27 years
  Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Examination (CBT)

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) – Only for Havaldar posts

The CBT is expected to be held in September–October 2025.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: No Fee

• General/OBC/EWS: ?100

• Payment to be made via online mode only.

• Last date for online fee payment: 25 July 2025 (11:00 PM)

Pay Scale

• Pay Level-1 under the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix for both MTS and Havaldar positions.

2. Go to the "Notice Board" section.

3. Click on the notification titled
   “Notice of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2025”.

4. Read the notification carefully.

5. Click on the “Apply Online” link.

6. Fill in the required details, upload documents, and pay the application fee (if applicable).

7. Submit the form and download a copy for future reference.
