Call insurance companies to follow up on claims & payments.

Verify patient and insurance information.

Resolve billing issues and ensure timely submission of claims.

Record call details and maintain accurate documentation.

Liaise with patients, doctors, and insurers as needed.

Meet performance targets and fix denied/rejected claims.
Trainee Process Associate AR Caller

Assist in calling insurance companies and following up.

Verify patient and insurance details.

Help resolve billing problems and ensure correct claim submission.

Record information about calls and payments.

Support in meeting team targets and learning processes.
