Networking Coordinator - Mobilizer (5 Positions, Male Only)

Position Overview:
As a Mobilizer, your main responsibility will be to connect with local communities, educate potential candidates about our Retail Training Programs, and encourage their enrollment. You'll be instrumental in equipping individuals with the skills they need to succeed in the Retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach: Actively engage with local communities, schools, and vocational institutions to promote the training program.
- Candidate Engagement: Inform potential candidates about the benefits of certification, address their inquiries, and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Admissions Support: Assist with the application process, including completing forms and gathering documentation.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new leads and opportunities to recruit candidates for the training program.
- Promotional Activities: Organize and participate in community events, fairs, and information sessions to raise awareness.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong connections with local leaders, organizations, and influencers to enhance program visibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in community outreach, education, sales, or recruitment is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive enrollment efforts.
- Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing leads and maintaining accurate records.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the community is a plus.
- Passion for Education: A genuine desire to help others achieve career success and a commitment to the candidates' growth.
