Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Verification: Ensure that all documents meet the trust’s policies and standards, maintain organized records, and verify completeness.
Budget Monitoring: Track expenditures and ensure alignment with project budgets, prepare reports on budget utilization.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information following the trust’s confidentiality policies.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and update SOPs for administrative functions.
Research & Documentation: Conduct research to support projects, document findings, and write detailed reports.
Field Visits: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and gather data from field activities.
Report Writing: Prepare reports on project outcomes, budgets, and other key information.
Self-Development: Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other software tools.
Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits as needed.
