Job Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections.

Follow up with customers via email and calls to ensure timely payments.

Maintain updated AR records, apply credits/collections, and resolve discrepancies.

Work with internal teams (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) to resolve disputes.

Monitor high-risk accounts and escalate issues when necessary.

Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and streamline AR processes.
Who Can Apply?

Graduates (any field; Finance and Accounting preferred).

0–7 years of experience in customer service or AR collections.

Understanding of AR processes is an advantage.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.
