Job Description:

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at BGD Tech, you will be responsible for managing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Influencer Outreach & Negotiation: Identify, search, and negotiate with influencers on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitch, and Twitter to build strong partnerships.
  • Campaign Management: Develop technical specifications, oversee the ad launch process, and analyze the effectiveness of the campaigns from negotiation to publication.
  • Budget Optimization: Optimize the budget for influencer marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain statistics, generate reports, and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct social media analysis, monitor emerging trends, and benchmark competitors' social media campaigns.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute creative influencer marketing plans aligned with brand positioning.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in managing influencer collaborations on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitch, and Twitter.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate with influencers and agree on mutually beneficial terms across different payment models.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze channel efficiency, detect artificial boosts, and assess campaign performance based on marketing metrics.
  • Attention to Detail & Responsibility: High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility in managing multiple campaigns.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, platform-specific formats, and the ability to align brand positioning with influencer positioning.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi.
