Job Description

We are looking to hire an HR associate as a Generalist in HR function. The HR Associate will handle various tasks associated with the HR function, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring Activities: Manage the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to issuing offers and onboarding candidates.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including résumés and employee documents.
  • Employment Contracts: Issue and verify completion of employment contracts.
  • HR Induction: Conduct induction sessions for new employees.
  • HR Queries: Respond to HR-related queries within the company.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain employee confidentiality at all times.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing tasks.
  • HRIS Tasks: Handle tasks related to the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Meetings: Attend functional and organizational meetings as required.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other HR tasks as allotted by the HR Head and the Organization.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an MBA with Human Resources as the elective.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in the Human Resources department.
  • Skills:Preferred: Immediate joiners and residents of Bangalore.
    • Knowledge of HRIS and email systems.
    • Time and task management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to learn and develop.
