Job Description
We are looking to hire an HR associate as a Generalist in HR function. The HR Associate will handle various tasks associated with the HR function, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Hiring Activities: Manage the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to issuing offers and onboarding candidates.
- HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including résumés and employee documents.
- Employment Contracts: Issue and verify completion of employment contracts.
- HR Induction: Conduct induction sessions for new employees.
- HR Queries: Respond to HR-related queries within the company.
- Confidentiality: Maintain employee confidentiality at all times.
- Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing tasks.
- HRIS Tasks: Handle tasks related to the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Meetings: Attend functional and organizational meetings as required.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other HR tasks as allotted by the HR Head and the Organization.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an MBA with Human Resources as the elective.
- Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in the Human Resources department.
- Skills:Preferred: Immediate joiners and residents of Bangalore.
- Knowledge of HRIS and email systems.
- Time and task management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
