Responsibilities:

1.Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
Provide accurate and detailed information about loan options, terms, and requirements.

2.Sales and Promotion:

Actively promote various loan products offered by Jyot Enterprise.
Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of our financial solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

3.Application Processing:

Assist customers in completing loan applications and necessary documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications to the relevant departments.
Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and loan approvals.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain a database of customer interactions and update customer records.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for potential future business.

5.Compliance and Reporting:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Compile and submit reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent/ Graduate - In Any Field - B.Com. ,B.E. ,B.Arts/ MBA business, finance, or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service attitude with a proactive and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and individually in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
Proficient in using computer software and applications Like Microsoft Office & E-mails.
