1.)Job Responsibilities:- IT Hardware Engineer

- Installation of Desktop & Laptop

- Maintain Smart Class and Projector Installation

- Resolve the User’s Problem

- Configure & Troubleshooting Outlook.

- Manage shared folder and devices through permission

- Mail Clients configuration backup & Troubleshooting (MS Outlook)

- Manage Antivirus Quick Heal and Bitdefender Total security

- Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.

- Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting

- Software troubleshooting update and patch installation

- Issue H/W, S/W and accessories to users.

- Data Cards configuration and troubleshooting.

- Troubleshooting & Maintenance of PCs.

- Trouble shooting the networking related problems.

- Installation of Operating Systems Win XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win 10, Win 11, MS Office

2.)Job Responsibilities:- Surveillance

- Troubleshooting DVR and Analog Camera

- Troubleshooting NVR and IP Camera

- Installation DVR and Analog Camera

- Installation NVR and IP camera

- School Buses Camera Checking and Recording

- Take Backup School Buses Camera Recording
