Program Overview:
The fully funded 12-month India Leadership Journey is designed for talented mid-career women leaders in health. The program provides:
- A safe space for exploring authentic leadership through vulnerability and reflection.
- An inclusive and diverse network to foster a strong sense of belonging.
- Tools and strategies to enhance voice, presence, and influence.
- Support from a powerful group of peers, mentors, and coaches.
Participants will be provided with contextualized tools and frameworks to tackle challenges faced by women leaders in global health. The program includes:
- Two in-person experiential learning residencies: Immersion and Lift-Off.
- Virtual learning touchpoints, group mentoring, and one-on-one coaching.
- A self-directed leadership project.
The program emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and intersectionality, representing women with diverse lived experiences.

Eligibility Criteria:
- You identify as a woman.
- You work in public health policy, practice, and/or research in India, serving national or regional populations.
- You have 10-25 years of experience in public health.
- You are an Indian National, residing and working in India.
- You are proficient in English (written and verbal).
