1. Livelihood Facilitator
Reports to Project officer
• Responsible for working with district and state team and concerned Govt. Dept. to implement Social Inclusion initiative in a couple of blocks in high impact districts.
• Responsible for overall block level planning, coordination, implementation, reporting and documentation of social inclusion Programme.
• ensure all project activities are implemented to achieve maximum impact as per project objectives while remaining on schedule and budget.
• Undertake and support periodic awareness campaigns in targeted villages/ locations.
• Organize PwDs into economic groups, inclusion of PWDs into SHGs, initiate savings and facilitate linkages with financial institutions.
• Capacity to enable and guide online registration of PwDs for social security.
• Ability to enlist and work with firms and enterprises for jobs.
• Ability to classify PwDs based on their interests and needs, job preference and entrepreneurship potential.
• Perseverance and steadfastness to pursue saturation of PwDs on entitlement and access to services.
• Coordination with line departments like social welfare, SRLM, NABARD, RUDSETI, relevant ministries of livelihoods, corporates and private sector.
• Coordinate, organize and facilitate training and capacity building activities
• Capacity to mentor PwDs for economic empowerment
• Document case studies, success stories and lessons learned.
Knowledge (Education & Related Experience):
• Any bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred),
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience working with Programme of a similar scope/scale.
• Must be willing to travel to project sites and as per organization needs.
• Fluency in English and local language of the state posted, both written and oral essential.
• Ability to handle internet-based operations.
• Coordination with line departments like social welfare, SRLM, NABARD, RUDSETI, relevant ministries of livelihoods, corporates, and private sector
