Atul Maheshwari Scholarship, offered by the Amar Ujala Foundation, is a merit-cum-means scholarship that provides financial assistance to those disadvantaged candidates who are pursuing their education from government institutions. Under the Atul Maheshwari scholarship scheme, a total of 38 students are selected to receive a scholarship amount of up to INR 50,000 each annually. Application Period:-
The tentative date for the applications to begin is June 2023. However, the application period for this merit-cum-means scholarship may vary from year-to-year. Last year, the last date to apply for the Atul Maheshwari Scholarship was 30 September 2022.
Atul Maheshwari Scholarship – Scholarship Amount:-
The students selected under this scholarship through merit test are eligible to receive financial assistance in the form of a scholarship so that they could complete their education without facing any monetary hurdle. A total of 36 students are selected, of which 18 students are from Classes 9 & 10 and the other 18 students are from Classes 11 & 12. Also, 2 blind students from classes 10 and 12 are given financial support to complete their studies. Award Details of Atul Maheshwari Scholarship:-
Students of Class 9 and 10:A scholarship amount of INR 30,000 to each selected candidate per annum
Students of Class 11 and 12:A scholarship amount of INR 50,000 to each selected candidate per annum
Blind students of Class 10 and 12:1 blind student from each class will receive a scholarship amount of INR 30,000 and INR 50,000 respectively per annum
