JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Manager- IEC/BCC/SBCC
Number of Position(s): 1
Reporting: Program Lead
Location: Shillong, Meghalaya
Internal Stakeholders: CEO, Director Programs, Functional Heads and the WISH program and dissemination team
Education: MA Mass Com./MA in Journalism/MA Social Sciences/MPH or similar Post Graduate Degree
Experience/Necessary Skills: The incumbent should have:
5-6 years of experience in developing and implementing IEC/BCC strategies for large public health programs
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build and manage professional relationships with technical experts, other partners and community stakeholders
Excellent written skills in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point
