What you will do
Manage and coach our front-end agronomy and installation staff to deliver amazing services
Make Kheyti’s first-time “customers” into long-term “clients” through timely customer service and trust building
Deliver the best customer experience to our farmers - live and breathe our value of “farmer-centricity”
Build strong relationships with new and existing farmers through field visits and remotely through our call center
Solve customer complaints effectively and quickly; coordinate well with other teams to ensure quick resolution
Get referrals from existing farmers and handover to the sales team to intensify in existing regions.
Build a recurring input and add-on sales business by selling to farmers
Ideal persona
Qualifications
At least 2 years in managing people who have delivered service to farmers
Experience in sales or customer service in rural areas
VERY strong communication skills
Willing to travel at least 15 days a month in rural india
Attitudes
Ability to be creative and think on their feet while dealing with farmers
Willingness to be on the ground along with the front-line staff
Mindset of servant leadership and wanting to invest time in coaching reportees
