Background:
INSTITUTE FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT is an NGO is going implement “Placement linked Vocational Training” project on sustainable economic empowerment model for unemployed youth in Puri district of Odisha.
Position:
Computer Operator (for Placement linked Vocational Training Project) is a key position and calls for strong leadership, managerial skills and ability to multi-task with a passion to work with a team and all villages in the Puri district.
Qualification & Experience:
Candidate must be a Graduate.
He/she must belongs to Puri of Odisha only (Knowledge about localities is must).
He must be a data entry expert and knowledge of latest version software is essential
Command over written and spoken English is essential.
Minimum 3 years NGO working Experience in organizing programme
Mobilization, motivation & counseling skill is optional.
Payment:
Remuneration for the position would be Rs. 13,000/- per month.
Location:
Place of posting will be district office at Puri and will report to the District Head Manager.

Job Description of Computer Operator:
• Drafting letter and reports
• Preparation of Reports and documents
• Design banner, leaflet, certificate etc.
• Enrollment of data on web-portal daily
• Uploading of information, data, report on the web-portal
• Checking daily emails and other correspondence
• Maintain Dak and dispatch letters.
• Field work / visits different GP/blocks of Puri district by own motorcycle
• Mobilization & motivation of vocational trainees in the field
• Recording & Maintenance of the records/registers
• Maintain social media platforms
• Any other work assigned by the Authority
