Key Responsibilities – Intern Role

Conduct research and draft solutions on pay transparency and communication.
Assist in project/program administration including documents, communications, and presentations.
Ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders and update them regularly.

Key Responsibilities – Junior Executive Role

Manage day-to-day accounts and resolve employee/vendor queries.
Act as a communication channel between clients and TMF.
Explore new business opportunities from existing clients.
Work on MIS, employee taxation, and vendor management.
Knowledge of E-Invoicing and Tally is mandatory.
Strong communication skills required.
