Role Purpose

Mentor Together is seeking a Curriculum & Content Associate to design impactful, research-based mentoring content aimed at building life skills, work readiness, and well-being for college-going youth from low-income backgrounds. The role blends instructional design, applied research, and content creation, while also contributing to storytelling and digital communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Research & Development (50%)

Conduct secondary research on employability, mentorship, and life skills
Develop structured session content aligned with relationship-based mentoring
Create digital-first curriculum materials
Coordinate translations and localizations
Share insights through internal knowledge sessions

Curriculum Review & Feedback (20%)

Collect mentor/mentee feedback
Analyze usage patterns and effectiveness
Ensure content quality through regular checks

Social Media & Communications (20%)

Collaborate on storytelling and program updates
Draft posts aligned with brand tone and calendar
Track engagement and provide insights
Support community management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or social sciences (Master’s preferred)
Experience in curriculum/content development
Familiarity with digital learning platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication
Analytical and organized, with project management skills
Mission-aligned and creative
