Job Description
Hiring Plus HR is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiters to support and manage recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand and identify hiring needs and share them with the HR manager for approval

Draft job descriptions and post them on relevant job platforms

Handle HR operations such as interview scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination

Source and screen candidates through job portals and direct sourcing

Manage selection, shortlisting, and joining formalities

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
