About the Organization
PREJHA Foundation is a Section-8 not-for-profit organization established by the Department of Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, in collaboration with PanIIT Alumni Reach for India (PARFI). Through its flagship Kalyan Gurukuls and Kaushal Colleges, the foundation provides residential vocational training with job placement support for underprivileged youth across Jharkhand.
Role Summary
The Mobilization Executive (ME) is responsible for community-level outreach and lead generation to drive enrollments in PREJHA’s training programs. Working across rural blocks in Jharkhand, the ME will develop local networks, guide village volunteers, and engage with government and non-government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a network of 10–15 village volunteers in assigned blocks

Mobilize rural youth (both genders) to achieve monthly enrollment targets

Provide training, tools, and ongoing support to field volunteers and partners

Maintain databases of potential candidates by village

Collaborate with BDOs, DWOs, JTDS, JSLPS, and other government departments

Submit weekly/monthly field reports and track progress with the MIS team

Address gaps in mobilization through strategic interventions
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

Freshers may apply for a 6-month internship program
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years in Skill Development, Rural Development, Micro-Finance, or similar sectors

Proven experience in mobilizing rural youth for training or livelihood initiatives

Candidates familiar with tribal languages (e.g., Santali, Ho) will be preferred
Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Compensation
?30,000 – ?40,000 per month (CTC), inclusive of travel allowance and performance incentives. Final offer based on relevant experience and suitability.
