Key Responsibilities
-
Recruit, train, and supervise local field staff within the assigned state
-
Conduct extensive field visits in rural and remote project areas

Ensure quality and timely execution of research and survey activities
-
Coordinate with senior government officials and other stakeholders
-
Prepare detailed field progress reports
-
Take up additional official tasks as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
-
Educational Qualification:
-
Postgraduate in Social Sciences / Rural Development / Public Health / Management
-
OR Graduate with minimum 2 years of fieldwork experience
-

Preferred Age: 20–35 years
-
Skills:
-
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
-
Willingness to travel extensively (especially to villages)

Preference given to candidates from or familiar with Hindi-speaking regions

Remuneration: ?25,000/- per month
