About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, contribute to technical decisions, and play a crucial role in shaping innovative software services.
You’ll be involved in roadmap planning, design and development, and collaborating with IS&T and Business teams at Apple to build scalable and resilient applications that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of top-tier software engineers.

Contribute to software architecture and design decisions.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and risk assessments.

Represent your team in cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders.

Plan multi-year product roadmaps and oversee full development lifecycles.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software engineering.

3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.

Strong command over Java/J2EE web application development.

Hands-on experience with:

Spring/SpringBoot, Hibernate

Frontend: ReactJS, Angular

Microservices architecture

Container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes

Databases: Oracle, MongoDB

Unix/Linux environments
