Key Responsibilities

Design and implement content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Write, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Monitor analytics and social trends to grow engagement.
Handle community interactions and messaging professionally.
Collaborate with the design team for visuals and video content.
Draft press releases, brochures, newsletters, and print materials.
Coordinate with media houses for features, advertisements, and campaigns.
Ensure consistent branding in all communication.
Support internal and external campaigns and events.
Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned with organizational goals.
Collect testimonials, stories, and reports for communication use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate, preferably with a degree in communication, journalism, or a related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in content creation, social media, or public relations.
Strong command of English and Marathi (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in tools like Canva and basic video or graphic editing tools.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
