Position Overview
The Civil Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring the project’s timely and quality execution, with a focus on technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and review technical quotations for construction work.
- Develop or review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct baseline surveys as required.
- Monitor construction progress and provide detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
- Collaborate with the project team for efficient execution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- 2-3 years in construction project management.
- Expertise in BOQ development, evaluation, and site monitoring.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and processes.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
