Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Mentoring:
- Develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, indicators, and reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with the team to track progress and provide guidance.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on program progress and results for stakeholders.
- Maintain a centralized database for program data and document best practices and success stories.
Training and Capacity Building:
- Provide training and facilitate workshops to promote continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with program managers to integrate M&E findings into planning and decision-making.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense monitoring.
- Analyze financial data for effective budget utilization.
Program Operations Support:
- Collaborate with program managers to support program operations, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as donors, partners, and government agencies.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of optimizing performance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Willingness to travel to schools, government offices, and community locations as required.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
