Program Overview:

The fully funded 12-month India Leadership Journey is designed for talented mid-career women leaders in health. The program provides:

  • safe space for exploring authentic leadership through vulnerability and reflection.
  • An inclusive and diverse network to foster a strong sense of belonging.
  • Tools and strategies to enhance voice, presence, and influence.
  • Support from a powerful group of peers, mentors, and coaches.

Participants will be provided with contextualized tools and frameworks to tackle challenges faced by women leaders in global health. The program includes:

  • Two in-person experiential learning residenciesImmersion and Lift-Off.
  • Virtual learning touchpoints, group mentoring, and one-on-one coaching.
  • self-directed leadership project.

The program emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and intersectionality, representing women with diverse lived experiences.

  8. Leadership Presence: Recognized and trusted within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You identify as a woman.
  • You work in public health policy, practice, and/or research in India, serving national or regional populations.
  • You have 10-25 years of experience in public health.
  • You are an Indian National, residing and working in India.
  • You are proficient in English (written and verbal).
