Key Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken English communication skills are a must.
- Education: Graduates are required.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Age Limit: 18-32 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through both voice and non-voice channels.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the client's products/services.
- Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools.
- Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers.
- Identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
- For non-voice profiles, a good typing speed is required.
Additional Information:
- The role is open to candidates with experience in customer care, customer support, call center roles, BPO, and related fields.
- A verbal English assessment will be auto-generated after the application process is completed, and candidates not meeting the criteria will be rejected.
