Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and screening potential candidates for various roles.
- Interview Coordination: Setting up and conducting interviews, primarily online or telephonically.
- Follow-up: Managing communication with candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
