As a Telecom Installation Engineer specializing in 5G technology at Teleysia Networks, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BTS (Base Transceiver Station) equipment and other telecommunications systems. This position is ideal for freshers or those with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to advance their career in the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- BTS Installation & Configuration: Install and configure BTS equipment, antennas, and feeder cabling according to technical specifications.
- System Testing: Conduct Alarm Rectification Acceptance Tests to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
- Quality Audits: Perform quality audits to identify any issues during the installation process and rectify them.
- Equipment Labeling: Properly label all equipment and cables for easy identification and future maintenance.
- Weatherproofing: Implement measures to protect telecommunications equipment from environmental factors such as weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Diploma or certification in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, but candidates with up to 3 years of experience in BTS installation and maintenance will be preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of industry standards for installation and maintenance.
